TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or playing "Survival: LA" (hosted at AITextRPG.com, the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Game.

2. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

The Game utilizes Artificial Intelligence ("AI") to generate narrative, scenarios, and outcomes.

• Fictional Nature: All content is generated dynamically and is purely fictional. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental.
• Accuracy: The AI may generate factually incorrect, incoherent, or nonsensical text ("Hallucinations"). You acknowledge that the Game is for entertainment purposes only.
• Safety: While we implement safety filters, the AI may unpredictably generate content that some users find offensive or disturbing. You assume this risk by playing.
• NO RELIANCE: DO NOT RELY ON THIS GAME FOR REAL-WORLD SURVIVAL ADVICE, MEDICAL ADVICE, OR EMERGENCY INSTRUCTIONS. In a real emergency, contact local authorities immediately.

3. USER CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITY

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to "jailbreak" the AI safeguards or generate illegal, sexually explicit, or hateful content via your inputs.
• Use the Game to harass or harm others.
• Reverse engineer or attack the Game's infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for any text inputs you provide to the Game.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Game's code, design, and assets are owned by the developers. You retain no rights to the AI-generated stories, which are ephemeral.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DATA LOSS, LOST PROFITS, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE GAME SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS. SINCE THE GAME IS FREE, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $0.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers, affiliates, and service providers (including AI providers) from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your Use of the Game or violation of these Terms.
